Born in Managua, Nicaragua. In 1978, Mario came to the United States with his family and has lived in South Florida since arriving from Nicaragua. He was raised in Miami Florida and graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School in Miami, Florida.
His litigation experience in the fields of Personal Injury Litigation, Premises Liability, Construction Law, Workers Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Property Litigation, Nursing Home Litigation, Products Liability (which includes Chinese/American Drywall cases) and First Party Property Hurricane Damage, Water Damage and Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P.) In 1996, Mr. Lopez began his career working for a solo practitioner learning how to handle medical malpractice and wrongful death claims from inception to trial. He then started working in 1998 for a defense firm in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and wrongful death litigation. In 2002, Mr. Lopez expanded his litigation knowledge when he began defending property insurance claims as well as concentrating on hurricane claims and complex contractual issues arising from said claims. With over seventeen years of experience representing premises owners and insurance companies, Mr. Lopez is uniquely qualified to handle personal injury and property claims ranging from personal injury claims, standard losses to complex commercial property claims for insureds.
